All registrations currently offered through WePlan are free. WePlan does not process payments, commissions, subscriptions or organizer payouts.
WePlan helps people discover events, create plans and obtain free account-bound tickets. WePlan is a marketplace and coordination platform; organizers remain responsible for event delivery, safety, permits, licensing and the accuracy of their listings.
Keep your account secure and provide accurate attendee details. A ticket may be used once and is bound to the receiving account. Transfers must use WePlan’s transfer function. Reused, altered or unofficially transferred tickets may be rejected.
Unverified organizers may only submit free, capacity-limited events. Listings are subject to review. WePlan may reject, suspend or remove misleading, unsafe, unlawful or repeatedly reported listings. New listings are targeted for review within 24 business hours.
Attendees may cancel a free registration before an event. When an organizer cancels, active tickets are cancelled and affected users are notified. Reports are acknowledged in the platform immediately and targeted for resolution within five business days.
Do not publish illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful content; impersonate others; evade ticket controls; scrape private data; or interfere with the service. WePlan may restrict accounts to protect users and the platform.
