WePlan is currently a free event-discovery and planning platform. It does not collect card or mobile-money details.
When you sign in, WePlan stores your account identifier, name, email address and profile image supplied by the sign-in provider. We also store events you save, free registrations, plans, votes, reviews, reports, organizer information and language or low-data preferences.
We use this information to provide account-bound tickets, prevent duplicate admission, operate group plans, moderate listings, respond to reports and notify you about events you joined. Organizer verification documents are restricted to authorised platform administrators.
Public listings show event and organizer information intended for publication. Private account information is not sold. We retain operational records while an account is active and as reasonably needed for safety, moderation and legal obligations.
Traffic is protected with HTTPS, sessions use secure cookies, and protected actions require authentication. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting privacy@lpt-group.ru. Some records may be retained where required to resolve abuse or comply with law.
WePlan is being prepared for Zimbabwe and applies data-minimisation principles aligned with local data-protection requirements. Requirements will be reviewed before expansion to another market.
